The Patriots took on Wagner on 15 February 2023 at Wagner. The Patriots came out in the first half ready to bring the fight to Wagner and were able to keep the ball on the Wagner side of the field for most of the half. The Patriot defense played strong eliminating Wagner opportunities as Wagner tried to press the back line. The Patriots would strike first off of a well executed ball pushed through the Wagner defense. The Patriots went into halftime leading 1-0. The Patriots came out and made some adjustments in the second half to try and maintain the pressure on Wagner but had trouble finding their legs to start the half. Wagner would take advantage of this and score an equalizer to bring the score back even. The Patriots would find some offense in quick counterattacks but could not break through the Wagner defense. Wagner would score one more to take the lead off of a breakaway. The Patriots found life in the last ten minutes but could not capitalize on their opportunities. The final score was 2-1 in favor of Wagner. Ramiro Garza had 1 goal and Aidan Vazquez had 1 assist. The Patriots next face Tivy at home on 17 February 2023.
