This past Saturday, the San Antonio Patriots hit the course at Retama Park and delivered another strong team performance across all divisions.

In the boys varsity division, Gael Realivazquez and Davien Airhart continue to impress, each clocking sub-19-minute 5Ks to pace the Patriots. Their consistency has been key in setting the tone for the squad.

On the boys junior varsity side, the Patriots battled against a deep field of 19 teams and secured a 9th-place team finish. Leading the way was Joshua Ruiz, who turned in an outstanding effort to claim 9th overall individually.

The girls' varsity team was once again led by standout freshman Sophia Cordero, who continues to establish herself as one of the Patriots’ top competitors. Close behind was a strong pack of teammates, showcasing the depth and growing potential of the group.

In the girls' junior varsity race, sophomore Kori Saucedo-Rodriguez set the pace, stepping up with a solid performance to lead her squad.

With momentum building, the Patriots now look ahead to next week’s competition at the Edgewood Meet, a unique relay-style race that will test teamwork and strategy in a new way.
