The Patriots took on Tivy on 27 October 2023 at Antler Stadium. The Patriots were ready for a dogfight against Tivy knowing this game was going to be a tough endeavor from the outset. The first quarter saw a defensive battle as both teams were relentless with their pursuit of the football, not allowing a single point to be scored. The Patriots finally found a way to break through the stubborn Tivy defense to put the first points on the board. The Patriots went into halftime leading 7-0. The Patriots came out with renewed determination in the third quarter hoping to build on their lead, but Tivy would find an answer first to tie the game up, setting up the final quarter of play to have all the fireworks. The Patriots would be the first to score in the fourth, but Tivy would find an answer to keep the game close. The Patriot defense showed their strength though by breaking through and blocking the extra point keeping the Patriots up by one. The Patriot offense would again find a way through the tough Tivy defense to add another one to the tally. Tivy would then answer back but behind on points would have to try for a two-point conversion which the Patriots successfully snuffed out and secured the Patriot lead. The final was 21-19 in favor of the Patriots. Clinton Dixon had 1 rushing touchdown. James People had 1 rushing touchdown. Anthony Arreola had 1 touchdown from recovering a fumble in the endzone. Rafael Nunez was perfect from the PAT spot. Aaron Hoyle was the defensive player of the game with 7 tackles and 1 sack. The Patriots closeout district play against Cedar Creek on 3 November at D.W. Rutledge Stadium.
