The Patriots took on Pieper on 23 February 2024 at home. The Patriots came out playing determined and were ready to take on the high powered Pieper team right from the start. The Patriot defense had trouble finding their legs as the Pieper offense put one on the board early. The Patriots would find their game after the first ten minutes and would come to life pressuring the Pieper defense. The Pieper offense was relentless though and made easy work of the Patriot defense adding six more in the first half. The Patriots went into the half down 7-0. The Patriots came out in the second trying to find their identity to get back in the game but the Pieper defense stonewalled them at every opportunity. Pieper continued to pepper the goal and would add one more to the total. The Patriot defense would slowly start to assert themselves and kept Pieper to the lone goal in the second. The Patriots were able to find the net in the final seconds as they continued to play hard to the final whistle. The final score was 8-1 in favor of Pieper. Christopher Lawrence had 1 goal.
